The Method Of Reducing The Wear Amount Of Diamond Saw Blade

In order to make the diamond saw blade have a longer service life and higher work efficiency, we must reduce the wear of the diamond saw blade as much as possible, so how to reduce the wear of the saw blade.

The quality of the diamond segment itself is an important factor affecting tool wear, and factors related to the tool itself, such as diamond grade, content, particle size, matching of binder and diamond, tool shape, etc., are all important factors affecting tool wear.

The degree of wear of the diamond segment is influenced by factors such as the material being cut, the selected feed and cutting speed, and the shape of the workpiece. Different workpiece materials have great differences in crack resistance, toughness and hardness, so the properties of workpiece materials also affect the wear of diamond tools.

The higher the quartz content, the more severe the diamond wear; if the orthoclase content is significantly higher, the sawing process is relatively difficult; under the same sawing conditions, coarse-grained granite is less prone to cleavage cracking than fine-grained granite.

1. After a period of use, the sharpness of the diamond saw blade will deteriorate and the cutting surface will become rough. It must be ground in time. Grinding cannot change the original angle and destroy the dynamic balance.

2. When the diamond saw blade is not used for processing, it should be hung at the aperture or placed flat. However, the flat saw blades must not be stacked or trampled on, and should be protected from moisture and corrosion.

3. The inner diameter correction of the diamond saw blade and the processing of the positioning hole must be operated by the factory. Because if the processing is not good, it will not only affect the final use of the saw blade, but also may cause risks. In principle, the reaming hole should not exceed the original diameter of 20mm, so as not to affect the stress balance.
