Concrete Coarse Grinding Cup Wheel is mainly used for coarse grinding of concrete, granite, quartz, marble, limestone, sandstone, basalt,artificial stone and any other nature stones. Segments are designed by arrow shape which allows to have faster grinding speed and long lifespan,variety of segments shape are on your optional.
Diamond grit size available for concrete grinding wheel: 6#,16#,24#,36#,46#,80#,120#,180#,220#
Metal bonds for concrete coarse grinding wheel: Soft Bond, Extra Soft Bond, Medium Hard Bond, Hard Bond, Extra Hard Bond.
Adaptor of Cup wheels: 22.23mm hole, M14 thread, 5/8-11 thread.
There are some holes on the metal base to run out of the dust while operator is grinding, in addition, it is to reduce the weight of cup wheels which makes the grinding easier.
Arrow shape segment is produced by hot pressing machine which has high brazing strength quality, usually it is used for grinding in the first step of rough and coarse grinding before making the fine polishing.
