Segmented profiling wheel is mainly for shaping of different designs, we can make any shape of profiling disc by offering the drawing or photo of the shape in stones, it has big advantage to use vacuum brazed profiling compared with CNC wheels, as segmented profile disc has larger diameter, the common diameter of diamond wheels are 300mm, 250mm, 150mm by different height according to customers requests, the common shapes are full bullnose and half bull nose.
