Korean L140MM metal calibration fickert for granite is working on automatic polishing line with high sharpness and long life span. Diamond calibration abrasive is mainly used for rough grinding of granite slab, quartz, terrazzo before using the resin pads and polishing buff. There are different grit sizes available for calibrator which is 24# 36# 46# 60# 80# 120# 180# 240# and the working height of abrasive fickert is 15mm and 17mm, each working head can load 6pcs of fickert abrasive. To choose the most suitable grit size of abrasive fickert, we need to know if there is any roller calibrator before diamond fickert. If you are using the calibration roller before using diamond fickert, you may skip some grit size of diamond fickert according to hardness and abrasiveness of granite slabs.
Korean L140MM metal calibration fickert has higher sharpness than our normal Chinese granite abrasive fikcert, this can less the power consumption and increase the working efficiency.
