There are different metal bonds available for different hardness of stone, concrete and asphalt, such as hard bond, medium hard bond, soft bond, extra hard, extra soft etc, hard bond is used for grinding of soft material, soft bond is used for grinding of hard material, each grinding wheel layout with 20pcs of segments by size 40*10*10mm. 10 inch 250mm grinding wheel is produced by hot pressing machine which has high brazing strength quality, usually it is used for grinding in the first step of rough and coarse grinding before making the fine polishing by hand grinder machine which is very convenient for operator.
