Metal bond frankfurt is for coarse, find processing of marble slabs, with long life span, and excellent polishing effect and lower costs. Diamond metal frankfurt abrasive pads is mainly used for rough grinding of marble slab before using the resin pads and buff. There are different grit sizes available for rough grinding which is 24# 36# 46# 60# 80# 120# 180# 240#, When you are using marble frankfurt on on the automatic polishing line with 12 heads, 16 heads, 20 heads, you may use three heads in same grit size to have better calibration or you may skip any grit size according to your hardness of stones. Frankfurt abrasive polishing pads are popular using on Chinese automatic polishing line such as Henglong, Shengda, Keda etc.
