There are different metal bonds available for different hardness of stone, concrete and asphalt, such as hard bond, medium hard bond, soft bond, extra hard, extra soft etc, hard bond is used for grinding soft material, soft bond is used for grinding hard material, variety of segments shape are on your optional.
7 inch grinding wheel is produced by hot pressing machine which has high brazing strength quality, usually it is used for grinding in the first step of rough and coarse grinding before making the fine polishing by hand grinder machine which is very convenient for operator. Diamond grit sizes are available with 36#, 46#, any other diamond grit size will be make according to customers requests.
